Angelina Jolie and Brad Pittthe son of Pax Jolie-Pittis a lucky guy after police say he crashed his electric bike into a car on a busy LA street … TMZ has learned.
The 20-year-old was riding Monday on Los Feliz Blvd. around 5 PM – so, rush hour on a very busy road – and while approaching a red light, he crashed into the back of a car stopped at the intersection … according to law enforcement sources.
We are told that the driver of the car got out to check on Pax, who was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. The police and paramedics arrived on the scene, and witnesses tell us that Pax had hip pain, and apparently he had suffered a head injury … so, he was taken to a hospital in Los Angeles for treatment.
We’re told doctors feared he suffered a minor brain bleed in the wreck, but the latest word is that Pax is stable, and could be back home tonight.
Pax – the fourth of Angelina and Brad’s 6 children – was recently seen cruising around LA on a BMX-style electric bike, and almost always without a helmet.
California helmet laws differ by bike class…so, it’s not clear if you need one with that particular ride. What is clear is that a helmet was useful during today’s accident.
Pax broke into acting … landing a voice role in “Kung Fu Panda 3” and an uncredited role in his mother’s Disney film, “Maleficent.”
We’ve reached out to Angelina’s reps for comment, but there’s been no word.
